SIMPLe ©   curriculum will be tailored to fit each organization. Each class covers specific areas of Lean Manufacturing as demanded by a client’s individual requirements and business challenges.

The program is designed so that between training weeks, lean practitioners will have time to execute their classroom knowledge. Our trained staff will be there to assist them in applying their knowledge. For example, each module includes homework assignments to be practiced and implemented on the shop floor.
