About RTE Consulting

RTE Consulting was founded in 2003, by Ralph Edwards, with the focus on improving the business culture through lean, six sigma, quality, and sourcing tools.

Leadership

Mr. Ralph Edwards is the President and CEO of RTE Consulting Incorporated. He also is a former Army officer who held various command positions. His military experience includes: Fire Direction Officer, Ammo Officer, Executive Officer, Detachment Commander, Battery Commander, Intelligence Officer, Assistant Operations Officer, Fire Support Officer, All positions from junior officer to senior company grade officer. Military schools include: FAOBC, FA CCC, CAS3.

Mr. Edwards has over 12 years of hands on experience in design-engineering, manufacturing, and quality. He also has a combined 10 years experience as a Black Belt and Lean Expert. He has mentored hundreds of black belts, green belts, and lean practitioners. Ralph has delivered training for manufacturing, services, hospitals, colleges, and government organizations. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from University of Maine.
