RTE Consulting was founded in 2003, by Ralph Edwards, with the focus on improving the business culture through lean, six sigma, CPI, TQM, quality, and sourcing tools.

Leadership

Ralph T. Edwards, President & CEO

Ralph Edwards is an experienced business leader who has over 15 years of expertise. He is a certified Master Black Belt in Lean and Six-Sigma. He trains and coaches organizations in Design for Six Sigma (DFSS), Six-Sigma, Lean Enterprise, and Project Management. Mr. Edwards further leads, implements, and manages projects from start to finish as a project manager. He has a strong background in design engineering, manufacturing engineering, finance, lean enterprise, coaching, and quality systems.

Ralph is an expert with government procurement process and has worked extensively with the FAR for the past three years. He has helped companies win GSA contracts.

Mr. Edwards has trained a variety of businesses from public Fortune 500 Companies to small independent businesses. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from University of Maine. Mr. Edwards is also a published and respected entrepreneur with the following business credentials: 8(a), Asian Certified Minority Business Enterprise (CMBE), and service disabled American veteran.

Michelle F. Edwards, VP Finance & Accounting

Michelle Edwards is an experienced business leader who has over 15 years expertise in accounting and finance. Mrs. Edwards managed and audited multi-million dollar corporations. She is an expert in her field and has worked with various accounting and finance software such as Crystal Ball, QAD, Quicken, and QuickBooks.

Mrs. Edwards has a strong project management background and has experience with the FAR as it relates to cost accounting.

Mrs. Edwards holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Management with a concentration in Accounting. Michelle graduated Magma Cum Laude from the University of New Hampshire, Whittemore School of Business
