Lean Implementation

Lean implementation is SIMPLe ©. We will utilize this methodology to attack low hanging fruit and create bottom line savings. SIMPLe © Kaizen workshops work on the shop floor as well as the office. This methodology has been designed and proven to work effectively around weekly kaizen workshops. During these sessions, all levels of the organization participate in making a change for the better in the area of focus.

The purpose of these workshops is to save money! This will be facilitated through education, multiple events, and team work. Our on-site experts will lead, mentor, coach, teach and guide all exercises.
